About Don Knauss

We are excited to welcome Don Knauss, retired chairman and CEO of The Clorox Company, and naming benefactor of the Knauss School of Business, to speak at the Military Transition Conference.

Don served as an artillery officer in the United States Marine Corps. Afterwards, he began his business career as a brand manager in the paper products division at Proctor & Gamble, moving on to the Frito Lay and Tropicana divisions of PepsiCo, Inc., working his way up to president of Coca-Cola of Southern Africa and then chief executive officer of The Minute Maid Company. He later became president and chief operating officer of Coca-Cola North America, before reaching the pinnacle at The Clorox Company.

At this event, Don will share insights on leadership and how he transitioned from the Marine Corps to succeed at the highest levels of corporate America.
